GOLDEN GRAVY 
1/4 c. oil
1/4 sm. onion, chopped
2 tbsp. whole wheat flour
2 tbsp. nutritional yeast
1/4 c. tamari
1/2 c. hot water
1/2 c. soy milk

Saute onions in oil. Add flour. Lower heat and cook 2 to 3 minutes on low heat. Raise heat to high. Whisk in remaining ingredients. Cook an additional 5 minutes on medium heat, stirring frequently. Yield: 1 1/2 cups gravy.
