CRUNCHY SEASONED CHICKEN 
1/2 c. commercial sour cream
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 tsp. celery salt
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. onion powder
1/8 tsp. pepper
6 chicken breast halves, skinned
1 3/4 c. saltine cracker crumbs (about 40 crackers)
1 1/2 tsp. paprika
2 tbsp. butter, melted
Lemon slices (optional)

Combine first 7 ingredients in a small bowl; mix well. Brush on chicken breasts, coating well. Place chicken breasts in 13 x 9 dish; cover and refrigerate overnight.

Combine cracker crumbs and paprika; roll chicken in cracker crumb mixture, coating well. Place chicken in a lightly greased 3-quart casserole. Drizzle with melted butter.

Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until the chicken is tender. Garnish with lemon slices, if desired. Yield: 6 servings.
