RO-TEL CHEESE DIP 
1/2 lb. sausage
1/2 lb. ground beef
1 med. onion, chopped
2 lbs. Velveeta cheese
1 can diced Ro-tel
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Salt

Brown meats and onion. Mix in crockpot or saucepan the cheese, Ro-tel and soup and let cheese melt. Mix all ingredients together. Serve warm or cold.
