CREAM OF BROCCOLI SOUP 
1 bag broccoli
1/4 c. minced onion
1/2 c. minced celery
2 cans chicken broth
2 cans water
1 pt. half and half

Cook broccoli as directed. Saute onion and celery until soft. Blend in blender broccoli, chicken broth and water. Add to celery and onions. Add half and half. Season to taste with salt and white pepper. For cream of cauliflower soup use cauliflower in place of broccoli and season with paprika.
