ROSEMARY'S FRUIT COBBLER 
2 c. fruit
1 stick butter
3/4 c. sugar + 1 c. for fruit
1-1/4 c. flour
2 tsp. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 c. milk (or more if you need)
Pinch of salt
1 stick butter, melted & softened

Mix your fruit with 1 cup sugar, then put 1 stick of butter in a 2-quart baking dish; melt. Prepare batter of remaining ingredients. Pour over butter, do not stir, put fruit on top. DO NOT STIR! When this bakes the fruit goes to the bottom. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
