BOURBON BALLS 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet real chocolate morsels
3 tbsp. corn syrup
1/2 c. bourbon
2 1/2 c. vanilla wafer crumbs
1/2 c. sifted confectioners' sugar
1 c. nuts, finely chopped

Over hot (not boiling) water; melt chocolate. Remove from heat. Blend in corn syrup and bourbon. In large bowl, combine wafer crumbs, sugar, and nuts. Add chocolate mixture; mix well. Let stand about 30 minutes. Form into 1 inch balls. Roll in granulated or confectioners' sugar. Let season in covered container for several days. Makes about 4 1/2 dozen.
