NICK PETRI'S BAKED BEANS 
1 can (53 oz.) pork & beans
1 bottle (16 oz.) catsup
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. molasses (green label)
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 med. onion, chopped
6-8 slices bacon

Place beans, catsup, brown sugar, molasses, mustard and onion in Dutch oven and stir thoroughly. Place bacon on top. Bake in 250 degree oven for 6 hours or more, uncoverd. If you can't find a 53 ounce can of beans, use several smaller ones to add up to that amount.
