PISTACHIO SALAD | |
1 (3 1/ 2oz.) pkg. pistachio pudding (dry) 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, not drained 1 (13 1/2 oz. or family size) container frozen whipped topping, thawed 1 or 2 c. miniature marshmallows Stir the dry pudding with the pineapple and juice in large bowl; stir to blend. Fold the thawed whipped topping and marshmallows into the pineapple mixture. Let chill until serving time. Serves 8. |
