MEAT ENCHILADA FILLING 
12 tortillas
1/2 lb. hamburger
1 c. grated cheese
3/4 c. diced onion
1/2 lb. shortening

Brown hamburger until well done. Prepare cheese and onion. Set aside. Fry tortillas in shortening for a second. Dip them in the enchilada sauce (above recipe). Add cheese, onion and hamburger. Roll them and lay side by side in pan. Top with sauce and grated cheese. Heat in low oven (275 degrees) until cheese has melted. Serves 6-8.

Prepare tortillas as mentioned above.
