SOUR CREAM ENCHILADAS VERY
FILLING
 
1 lb. hamburger
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 bunch green onions, chopped
Grated cheese
1/2 pt. sour cream
Tortillas shells

Preheat oven to 375 or 400 degrees. Crumble and brown meat in skillet. Drain fat. Stir in soup, onions and sour cream, mix well and set aside. Cook tortillas shells in hot oil until soft. Drain on paper towels. Fill tortillas with 3 tablespoons meat mixture roll up. Put on ovenproof plate and cover with 2 more teaspoons on top. Sprinkle cheese on top. Place in oven until cheese is melted.
