MEXICAN DIP 
3 med. ripe avocados
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
1/2 tsp. salt
2 med. tomatoes, chopped
6 oz. can black olives, chopped
Tortilla chips
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Cheddar cheese, shredded
2 cans plain or jalapeno bean dip
4 green onions, chopped
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. Miracle Whip

Mash avocado with lemon juice, salt and pepper; combine sour cream, Miracle Whip and taco seasoning mix. Spread bean dip on platter, top with avocado mix; top with sour cream mix. Sprinkle top with layers of onion, tomatoes, olives and cheese; Chill, serve with tortilla chips.
