MEXICAN MEATLOAF | |
2 lb. ground beef 1 c. bread crumbs or crackers 2 eggs 1 sm. onion, chopped 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 8 oz. cream cheese 4 oz. green chili peppers Salsa Mix ground beef, bread crumbs, eggs, onion, and Worcestershire sauce. Spread out on waxed paper. Pat down until 1/2 inch thick. Mix 8 ounces cream cheese with chili peppers. Spread over meat mixture to within 1 inch from edges. Roll up sealing edges. Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Cover top with Salsa and bake 15 more minutes. Let set 10 minutes. Slice and serve. |
