MEXICAN MEATLOAF 
2 lb. ground beef
2 cans taco sauce
1 can chicken rice soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can chopped green chilies
1 can tomato paste
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
Salt and pepper
1 pkg. tortillas, soft
1/2 lb. grated cheese

Brown meat and drain. Mix all other ingredients except cheese and tortillas.

Layer meat, tortillas, and mixture in casserole. Top with cheese. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
