BETSY'S HAM ROLL APPETIZERS 
2 pkgs. Pepperidge Farm finger rolls (we used 3 doz. country dinner rolls)
1/2 lb. shaved ham
1/2 lb. Swiss cheese, sliced
3 tbsp. mustard
3 tbsp. poppy seed (I used one)
1 med. onion, chopped
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 sticks butter, room temperature

Mix mustard, poppy seed, onion, Worcestershire sauce, and butter together. Split rolls by slicing entire package into a front and back. Spread both sides with mustard mixture. Layer ham and cheese one one side and put rolls back together. Wrap in foil and heat 10-15 minutes at 375 degrees. Makes 3 dozen.
