CHICKEN QUICHE 
1 c. cooked chicken, cubed
8 oz. can Pillsbury crescent rolls
3/4 c. frozen broccoli, cooked
4 oz. (1 c.) Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
4 oz. (1 c.) Swiss cheese, shredded
1 c. half and half
1 tsp. mustard (dry or liquid)
3 eggs, slightly beaten

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Roll out crescent rolls and press into a 9" pie dish to use for a crust. Bake 5 to 6 minutes. Layer chicken, broccoli, cheeses in a medium bowl. Combine half and half, mustard and eggs. Pour evenly over crust keeping mixture in crust. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes until lightly brown and knife inserted in center comes out clean. Let stand 5 minutes. 6 servings.
