3 tbsp. Wesson oil
1 egg
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jello
1 c. Bisquick mix

Beat oil and egg together. Blend in Jello. Add Bisquick and mix thoroughly. Roll in small balls, press flat. Bake 10 minutes at 375 degrees.
