LEE'S LEMON SNOW PUDDING 
2 (3 oz.) lemon Jello
1/2 c. cold water

Mix and let stand for 5 minutes. Add:

2 c. boiling water

Refrigerate until it is consistency of egg whites (several hours). Beat 2 egg whites until stiff; beat gelatin mixture about 1 minute; then add beaten egg whites and beat entire thing about 10 minutes. Return to refrigerator to set.

CUSTARD SAUCE:

2 2/3 c. milk
2 egg yolks
1/3 c. sugar

Mix and cook in saucepan (DON'T BOIL). When done, add 3/4 teaspoon vanilla and refrigerate. Serve cold over the snow pudding.
