1 1/2 lbs. frozen hash browns
1/2 pt. milk
1/4 lb. butter
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
4 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
Salt, pepper

Arrange frozen potatoes in 9 x 9 inch dish. Melt remaining ingredients in saucepan. Pour melted mixture over potatoes. Stir. Chill 1 hour or more. Bake uncovered 1 hour at 350 degrees.
