GRANDMA'S CORN RELISH 
12 ears of corn
2 qts. ripe tomatoes
1 qt. cucumbers
2 red peppers
1 qt. onions
1 qt. vinegar
1 qt. sugar
1/2 c. salt
1/2 oz. turmeric
1 oz. celery seed
1 oz. mustard seed

Cut corn off ears - chop other vegetables. Heat vinegar, sugar, salt and spices until blended. Add vegetables, mix, and cook 40 minutes.
