1 pkg. Jiffy corn muffin mix
1 can cream style corn
1 can regular corn, drained
3 lg. eggs

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix eggs. Add corn muffin mix and the two corns. Pour in greased 8 x 8 inch square pan. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean from center.

Variations: Mix in sauteed onions, green peppers. Sprinkle Cheddar cheese on top.
