RUSSEL STOVER CHOCOLATES | |
2 sticks butter 2 c. powdered sugar 1 can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk 4 c. pecans, chopped fine 4 c. coconut Mix or cream together sugar and butter first, then add milk and other ingredients. Mix very good. Chill at least 2 hours or longer, then roll into 1 inch balls. Chill several hours or overnight. Dip in melted chocolate. Makes 135 balls. Can not be doubled. |
