ARTICHOKE CASSEROLE 
2 cans artichoke hearts
2 c. bread crumbs (Italian seasoned if possible)
1 c. Romano or Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 c. olive oil
1 tsp. salt, optional
Dash of pepper
1 tsp. Italian seasoning

Cut artichoke hearts into small pieces. Add bread crumbs, cheese, garlic, salt, pepper and Italian seasoning. Pour olive oil over mixture and mix thoroughly. Place in casserole dish and sprinkle with seasoned bread crumbs. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes or until slightly brown.
