CARROTS WITH RAISIN GLAZE 
2 c. carrots, sliced
1/2 c. raisins
2/3 c. orange juice
2/3 c. water
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. flour

Combine carrots, raisins, orange juice and 1/3 cup water in sauce pan. Bring to boil; reduce heat and cover. Simmer 15 minutes or until carrots are tender. Stir in butter and brown sugar. Combine flour with remaining water. Stir until smooth and add to sauce pan. Simmer until glaze thickens. Stir gently and serve. Serves 2 to 4.
