ORANGE CREAM CHEESE FROSTING 
1 pkg. (3 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 tbsp. butter, softened
1/2 tsp. grated orange peel
1 1/2 c. sifted powdered sugar
(Milk to consistency)

In small mixing bowl beat cream cheese, butter and peel until light and fluffy. Gradually add sugar, beating until fluffy and of spreading consistency. If mixture is too thick, add 1 to 2 teaspoons milk.
