1/2 c. Crisco
1 c. sugar
1 egg
3/4 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. flour

CINNAMON/SUGAR MIXTURE:

1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon

Mix together and chill. Drop heaping teaspoon of dough on cookie sheet. Sprinkle with cinnamon/sugar mixture. Bake at 400 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes.
