PEPPERMINT DESSERT | |
1 c. milk 30 marshmallows 1 1/2 c. cream, whipped 25 Hydrox cookies 1/2 c. (about 8) peppermint sticks, crushed Red food coloring if desired Melt marshmallows in milk and cool. Add whipped cream, crushed candy and food coloring. Crush cookies and place about 1/2 in bottom of loaf cake pan. Put mixture on top of crumbs, finish with crumbs on top. Refrigerate or freeze. |
