PORCUPINE MEATBALL CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 egg
3/4 c. prepared rice
2 c. cracker crumbs
1 chopped onion
Salt and pepper to taste, 1 tsp. each

Mix together and make 1 inch meatballs. Brown in skillet and drain. Place in baking dish. Put in a soup mixture 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1/2 soup can of water and 1/2 soup can of milk. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
