CHICKEN PICCATA 
4 chicken breast halves, skinned and boned
1 egg
3 tbsp. Real Lemon
1/4 c. flour
1/8 tsp. garlic powder, and paprika
1/4 c. butter
2 tsp. chicken flavored instant bouillon or 2 chicken flavored bouillon cubes
1/2 c. boiling water

Beat egg with 1 tablespoon Real Lemon. Combine flour, garlic powder, paprika. Dip chicken in egg mixture then in flour mixture. In skillet, brown chicken in butter. In separate cup, dissolve bouillon in water and then add with the remaining Real Lemon to skillet. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes or until tender.
