MO-TOWN SPECIALS 
1 pkg. English muffins
1 (6 oz.) can black pitted olives
3 tbsp. Bermuda onion
1 pkg. shredded cheddar cheese
6 tbsp. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. season salt

Toast English muffins. Chop olives and onions (almost mince). Mix together onion, olives, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, pepper, season salt and mayonnaise to a pasty consistency. Spread on muffins, 5 minutes in broiler, cut in quarters and serve.
