PIZZA ROLLS 
6 dozen sm. size Vienna-type rolls
9 lb. lean ground beef
72 oz. tomato sauce
salt to taste
4 1/2 tsp. garlic powder (or to taste)
4 1/2 tsp. oregano
2 lb. grated sharp cheddar cheese

Simmer the beef and drain off the juices. Add sauce and seasonings, and cheese; chill. Cut the top lid off each roll, pull out the center dough, spoon in cold meat mixture and replace the lid. Wrap individually in foil and heat in a 400 degree oven for 15 minutes. These can be frozen. FOR A GROUP.

Variation: Use taco seasoning mix packets in place of seasonings for "Taco Rolls".
