CANDY CRACKERS | |
Use Ritz crackers for this treat which can be left out or refrigerated. (If they last that long.) 1 box Ritz crackers 1 jar peanut butter 1 pkg. almond bark (white) Put peanut butter on crackers, make up quite a few to start because this is the most time consuming part. Place about 6 squares of almond bark in a shallow microwave dish. Heat on high for 2 minutes, stirring once. Be careful not to over cook the candy, you only want it melted, to a thin stir. With a fork, place a cracker in the almond bark dip in and out until the cracker is coated. Place covered cracker on wax paper. It doesn't take long for the candy to cool. When cooled, remove from paper and place in closed container or platter or bag. |
