POTATO SALAD 
8 potatoes
2 hard boiled eggs
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. garlic salt
Mayonnaise
1/4 c. onion, chopped
1/4 c. celery, optional
1 tbsp. apple vinegar
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. MSG
Lettuce

Cube potatoes and cook until soft. Combine vegetable oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, garlic salt, MSG in a small jar and shake well. Add oil mixture to chopped onion in large bowl.

Add cooked potatoes and put in refrigerator until serving time. Before serving, slice eggs and add. Add mayonnaise to taste. Serves 8.
