FILLED CREAM CHEESE COOKIES 
1 lb. cream cheese
1 lb. butter
4 c. all-purpose flour

Blend butter and cream cheese together. Add flour and mix all ingredients. Refrigerate 2 hours. On floured surface, roll thin and cut in small 2 1/2 inch squares.

In center of square fill with small amount, about 1 teaspoon of jelly preserve, peanut butter, applesauce or other type filling. Fold corners on the diagonal, place on lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake 15 to 20 minutes in preheated oven at 350 degrees or until golden brown.
