PECAN NUT TASSIES 
Dough:

1 lb. soft butter
12 oz. cream cheese
4 c. flour

Mix well with blender or hands until soft ball forms.

Filling:

4 eggs, well beaten
1 lb. box dark brown sugar
3 tsp. melted butter
1/2 tsp. Vanilla

Mold dough into tart pans with fingers, just like a pie dough shell. Fill each cup with 1 tsp. filling and sprinkle top with chopped walnuts or pecans.

Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes until lightly browned.

Makes 96-100.

If dough is too soft, add a little more flour, a little at a time, so it is manageable.

These are really easy, only takes time. You can also fill with apricot, prunes or cherry filling.
