CORNED BEEF SALAD | |
2 pkg. lemon Jello, lg. size 3 c. boiling water 1 1/2 c. Miracle Whip 1 can Libby's corned beef, chopped 2 c. celery, cut fine 6 hard boiled eggs, chopped 1 1/2 c. sliced green olives 3 tbsp. chopped green pepper 2 tsp. lemon juice Add Jello to boiling water. Cool and beat in Miracle Whip with a wire whisk. Add corned beef and rest of ingredients. Grease a 9 x 13 inch pan and place all into it. Refrigerate for several hours. Serve on a lettuce leaf when set firm. |
