CLASSIC GARLIC LOVERS CHICKEN | |
6 chicken breast halves garlic powder salt and pepper, to taste Italian seasoning olive oil Clean chicken and cut off fat. Poke holes in chicken using a fork about 4-5 times on both sides, not real big holes just the size of the fork spokes. Season with salt and pepper on both sides. Sprinkle chicken liberally with garlic powder. (You can use a little or a lot - depending on how you like it). Lightly sprinkle both sides with Italian seasoning. Place in a heated skillet, with olive oil. Cook over medium heat. Cover skillet, periodically turning chicken over. Chicken will be done in about 20 minutes. Check inside of chicken to make sure it is no longer pink. Serve with buttered noodles and corn. A great dish for those garlic lovers! Submitted by: Heather |
