KORTNEE'S GARLIC SOY SAUCE
CHICKEN
 
3 or 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

SAUCE:

1/2 cup regular soy sauce
1/2 cup flat cola (regular or diet)
1 1/2 tbsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. sugar (or sweetener)
freshly cracked pepper

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Pour soy sauce into a bowl. Shake or stir cola until it is completely flat, and add to the bowl. Stir in garlic powder, add sugar and stir well. Add about 4 grinds of freshly cracked pepper.

Lay chicken in casserole dish and pour over the sauce.

Bake at 350°F oven for 40 to 50 minutes.

Serves 3 or 4.
