HOT 'N SPICY BERRY CIDER 
8 c. apple cider or juice
1 (10-12 oz.) pkg. frozen unsweetened red raspberries or strawberries
4 inches stick cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp. whole cloves
1 med. apple, cut into 8

In large saucepan, combine apple juice, berries, stick cinnamon, and cloves. Bring to boiling; reduce heat. Cover and simmer cider mixture for 10 minutes. Cool slightly. Strain the cider mixture through strain lined with cheesecloth.

To serve, pour into mugs; garnish with an apple wedge. Makes 8 servings.
