BROCCOLI RICE CASSEROLE 
1 c. rice
4 c. water
1/2 c. celery
1/2 c. green pepper
1/2 c. onion
1/2 c. butter
1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 sm. jar Cheez Whiz

Cook rice until tender in water. Saute celery, onion, and green pepper in butter. Add broccoli. When vegetables are tender, add cream of chicken soup and Cheez Whiz. When melted, mix with rice and put in casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.

NOTE: You can use cream of celery or mushroom soups. You can use 1 pound package of Velveeta cheese diced instead of Cheez Whiz.
