SOUR DOUGH PANCAKES 
The night before:

2 c. flour
2 c. milk
1/2 c. starter

Replenish starter with 1/2 cup flour and 1/2 cup water. Mix (do not use stainless steel bowl) and set in cold oven overnight, so out of draft.

In morning:

2 eggs, beaten
3 tbsp. melted butter
3 tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt

Mix well and add to prior night mixture. Fry on greased griddle. Leftover batter can be used by adding pinch of baking soda.
