SAUSAGE CASSEROLE 
2 cans chicken and rice
1 c. rice
1 can water
1/4 tsp. curry
1 c. onion, chopped
1 lb. sausage, browned & crumbled
1 c. celery, chopped
Salt & Pepper

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients in 2 quart casserole. Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes.
