1/4 c. dry white wine
2 tbsp. chives
2 tsp. white pepper
1 tbsp. sweet basil
1 tbsp. garlic powder
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. marjoram
1 pkg. cream cheese

Combine these ingredients in a saucepan. Bring to simmer and stir until hot. Pour over 1 package of cream cheese and stir real good to melt cheese. Chill until ready to use.
