PARTY MEATBALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. chopped onion, fine
1/4 c. chopped sweet or dill pickle
1 1/2 tsp. salt
Pepper
1/3 c. milk

Combine ground beef, onion, pickle, salt, pepper and milk. Mix thoroughly. Shape into 1 inch balls. Shake 4 to 5 meatballs at a time in seasoned coating mix. Place in ungreased shallow pan. Bake at 450 degrees about 5 minutes or until lightly browned. Serve on wooden picks.

Meatballs can be frozen before baking. Bake frozen balls at 450 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes.
