PORTUGUESE CHICKEN 
3 1/2 pounds cut up chicken. Roll in flour, salt and pepper; brown in 1/2 cup fat and 1 onion.

Make a mixture of: 1/4 c. green pepper 1 c. ketchup 1 c. water 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 2 tbsp. brown sugar Salt & pepper

Pour over chicken and bake in covered casserole dish for 2 hours at 350 degrees.
