CHICKEN STUFF 
1 - 1 1/2 lbs. boneless chicken or deboned chicken
16 oz. broccoli cuts
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 c. mayonnaise
8 oz. extra sharp shredded Cheddar
Cracker crumbs

Use a 9x13 glass dish and pre-cook chicken. Cook broccoli; drain and layer over chicken. Mix soup and mayonnaise together and pour over broccoli and spread evenly. Sprinkle shredded Cheddar over creamed mixture and sprinkle with cracker crumbs. Bake in microwave 15 minutes on high. Or you can also bake in oven at 350 for half hour. Great served with Rice Pilaf.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
