PINEAPPLE DROP COOKIES 
1 c. butter, softened
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
4 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. crushed pineapple, drained

Cream butter, sugar and eggs in a bowl. Add remaining ingredients, mixing well. Drop by teaspoonful on cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes. Yields: 72 servings.
