MEATBALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
1 green pepper
1 onion
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 egg
1 slice toast, crumbled
2 pkgs. brown gravy mix
1 c. water

Mix first 6 ingredients well. Form into 2 inch balls, put into a big kettle. Add 1 cup of water. Cook on medium heat until done (about 1/2 hour). Drain. Prepare gravy mix according to package directions. Then pour over meatballs and serve.
