CHICKEN NORMANDY 
1 chicken, cut into pieces
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. oil
1 clove garlic, crushed
3/4 c. ketchup
3 oz. sauterne wine

Combine everything except chicken and wine. Mix thoroughly. Lay chicken pieces in bottom of casserole dish and cover with mixture. Marinate overnight. Bake 3 hours covered at 350 degrees. Add wine. Bake 15 minutes longer.
