This is a very good and easy cake to make yet it tastes like a real totally from scratch cake. I does take a lot longer than 30 minutes to bake, which I knew it would. I set the timer for 30 minutes and then kept resetting the timer in 10 min increments until a sharp knife inserted came out clean. It ended up being 50 to 60 minutes to bake. I did not flour the cake pan and I used a tube pan, not a bundt. A bundt would make the cake prettier but my bundt pan is in need of replacing and I didn't want to risk having this cake stick in the pan. I didn't flour my tube pan but I did mix sugar and cocoa powder together and 'floured' the pan with that. I also put a butter cream drizzle over the top of my cake to dress it up for Christmas, but it truly didn't need a frosting.
