2 c. sifted enriched flour
1 3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
2/3 c. Puritan oil
1 c. buttermilk
1 c. strong, hot coffee

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine flour, sugar, cocoa, salt, baking soda and baking powder. Add Puritan oil and buttermilk. Stir in coffee heated to boiling. (Mixture will be quite thin.) Pour into greased and floured 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Cool.
